Ep 4: Promotions: Worth It Or Not?

This week we dove all the way into promotions. In our experience, promotions can be a huge move toward success and happiness but can also be disappointing when they aren't all they were cracked up to be. We discuss promotions that we thanked the lord we didn't get and ones that changed our lives for the better. We also talked about ones that we saw people get with no raise attached, like WHAT?
